Diligence
“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed.” (2 Timothy 2:15 NASB)
How is your skill level? Have you, like a lot of leaders, neglected your own development to serve your company? Diligence is not only applying yourself to your duties with vigor; it is also ensuring you are advancing and growing. If you look after yourself, you will often have more to give others.
